Students work towards GCSE English Language and GCSE English Literature, while also developing functional skills in English. This personalised approach ensures every student continues to make progress and achieves qualifications that support their future ambitions. 

Through the study of literature, non-fiction texts and spoken language, students develop the confidence to communicate effectively, think critically and express their ideas clearly.
