At East Sussex Skills Academy, we believe in the potential of every young person.

As part of London South East Academies Trust, we provide a high-quality alternative provision tailored to meet individual needs. Our dedicated staff work closely with students, families, commissioning schools and external professionals to remove barriers, re-engage learners and secure positive outcomes.

We deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that combines core academic subjects - including English, Maths and Science - with high-quality vocational pathways delivered in industry standard professional learning environments. Students gain recognised qualifications alongside the practical skills and personal development needed for successful transitions to further education and adulthood.

Preparation for post-16 progression is central to our work. We collaborate directly with local colleges, training providers and apprenticeship partners to ensure students leave with the qualifications, guidance and confidence required to take their next step successfully.
